About Greg...
Greg Coulson is a British singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist blending soul, blues, classic rock, funk and jazz into a sound that’s both rooted and distinctive. A compelling live performer, he’s built a reputation for expressive vocals, Hammond-driven energy, and a natural musicality shaped by years on the road.
He released his debut album What’s New? in 2018, earning critical support and appearances at festivals across the UK. His music balances groove and songcraft, drawing in listeners who value feel as much as finesse.
Alongside his solo work, Greg has collaborated with artists including Burt Bacharach, Morcheeba, The Blockheads, The Selecter, Will Wilde, Lily Moore, Tom Grennan, and Sway.
Currently working on new material for release in 2026, he continues to perform at venues and festivals such as Ronnie Scott’s, Isle of Wight Festival, Coachella, Camp Bestival, PizzaExpress Live, Riot Fest, Upton Blues Festival, and The Great British R&B Festival.
Also an experienced producer, Greg is equally at home on keys and guitar. His playing and writing reflect influences from artists like Steely Dan, Randy Newman, Little Feat, Ray Charles, Booker T., and Dr. John, brought together in a style that’s his own.
